Contest Rules "Tria i Guanya!" Tapantoni autumn 2026
1. Sant Antoni Comerç, hereinafter referred to as the “organiser”, is organising the promotional contest “Tapantoni Autumn 2026” with the aim of supporting the restaurant and hospitality sector in the Sant Antoni neighbourhood and encouraging customers to visit participating establishments.
2. The “Tapantoni Autumn 2026” contest consists of a prize draw offering one prize worth €300.
3. Anyone who has made purchases or consumed food or drinks at a minimum of three different establishments participating in the Tapantoni Autumn 2026 route and has kept the corresponding receipts may enter the contest.
4. To participate, entrants must access the form available at www.tapantoni.com/concurs, complete all the required information, upload clear and legible photographs of the three receipts and submit the form within the established deadline.
5. Receipts must correspond to purchases or food and drink consumed between 13 and 29 November 2026, both dates inclusive. Each receipt must clearly identify the establishment and the date of the purchase or consumption.
6. The three receipts must come from three different establishments participating in the route. Receipts that do not allow verification of the participation requirements will not be accepted.
7. The same receipt may be submitted by different people if it relates to a shared purchase or meal, provided that each entrant meets all the requirements established in these terms and conditions.
8. The deadline for participation is 3 December 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted.
9. The prize draw will take place on 4 December 2026, using a computer-based random selection system, from all valid entries received within the established deadline. The winner will be announced on the same day.
10. Before confirming the prize, the organiser will verify that the three receipts correspond to establishments participating in Tapantoni Autumn 2026, that they come from three different establishments and that their dates fall between 13 and 29 November 2026. If the selected entry does not meet these requirements, another winner will be randomly selected.
11. The organiser will contact the winner by email and/or telephone, using the contact details provided in the entry form, to communicate the result and arrange delivery of the prize.
12. Owners of participating establishments and their family members may not enter using receipts from their own establishment. Employees of Sant Antoni Comerç, employees of the company responsible for managing the promotion, and their family members are not eligible to receive the prize.
13. Under no circumstances may a person under the age of 18 collect the prize.
14. Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. The organiser may publish the winner's first and last name only where there is a valid legal basis for doing so and the relevant information has been provided. The use of the winner's image or photograph for promotional purposes will require specific, freely given and voluntary consent, separate from acceptance of these terms and conditions. Refusing to authorise the use of an image will not result in forfeiture of the prize.
16. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent or manipulated entry, or any entry that fails to comply with the requirements established in these terms and conditions.
17. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies in interpretation, the Catalan version of these terms and conditions shall prevail, without prejudice to the rights of participants under applicable law.
18. Any circumstances not covered by these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the organiser, who reserves the right to interpret and apply the contest rules, while respecting applicable legislation and the rights of participants.
